Cancelation Policy

Starting January 1, 2017 all rides that are pre-arranged will need to be secured with a credit card. 

All cancelations need to be 24 hours before pickup.  A cancelation fee (20% to 50%) will be charged after 24 hours based on time of ride.

NO SHOWS will be Charged the full rate

Rate chart:

6 hours hour or less before pickup 50%

12 hours to 6 hours before pickup 40%

18 hours to 12 hours before pickup 30%

After 24 hours to 18 hours before pickup 20%

If we can fill your time slot we will not charge a cancelation fee.

We track all incoming flights to Wilmington, so we will Know if a Flight is canceled coming in. Please call and 

We will be Happy to help you rearrange your pick up times, We will not charge a fee if flight is canceled and you can not Make it to Wilmington.

If there are other reasons you can not make it please call and we Will do what we can to help.
